The Jefferson Community Development Corporation (JCDC) is a non-profit 501c3 organization. At JCDC, we are focused on providing support through services that enhance family values.
Ashtabula County is the northeasternmost county in the state of Ohio, bordering Lake Erie and the state of Pennsylvania.
JCDC is located just outside of the heart of the county, also known as the “County Seat”, in the growing town of Jefferson, Ohio. It encompasses the County Court House, Probation Department, and the newly planned Ashtabula County Jail which houses Federal and County prisoners. Across the street from our property is the Ashtabula Technical and Career Campus where several programs such as career advancement, cosmetology, industrial, nursing, and personal enhancement are offered for children and adults.
